No Return Policy (Made-to-Order Products)
All of our products are made to order. This means each metal cutout is fabricated specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not keep inventory of finished goods.
Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Production Process
Each item is produced only after an order is received. Once production has begun, the order cannot be modified or canceled. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is being custom fabricated specifically for you.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at nomadicjuniperstudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, or external factors. For international orders (including Canada, Mexico, and Australia), additional delays, customs processing, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
